Penny Luck is determined to keep our customers satisfied. We happily grant full refunds and/or exchanges within 60 days of receipt. Products that need to be returned/exchanged should be unworn, with no visible wear and tear. If necessary, Penny Luck has 10 business days to inspect the returned item and process refunds. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment.

Exchanges can be made easily. If the exchanged item has a price discrepancy, the customer will either pay the difference or be refunded for the difference. Customized orders may be returned or exchanged so long as they meet the requirements listed above.

All returned or exchanged items will ship ground at no additional cost to the customer.
